Santiago Abasolo, AICP, Principal
Mr. Santiago Abasolo has provided real estate consulting services in the areas of finance, investment and strategic planning and has over 20 years of real estate, planning, design and construction management experience. He start his career in design working for Hope Consulting Group in San Diego California, George Newbery & Associates in Los Angeles, California. He has worked in the planning department of Wake County, North Carolina and in the City of Dallas, Trinity River Project. He was awarded the first prize in the Urban Design Competition “The future of the Industrial City” in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has taught real estate courses in Latin America and the United States. Mr. Abasolo has worked as a real estate consultant for non-profit organization and private developers developing and testing different investment scenarios that include diverse funding sources. Mr. Abasolo uses an holistic approach to structure the project finances using his combined experience in real estate, planning and design.
Mr. Abasolo holds a Master in Urban Planning and Master in Business Administration degrees from the University of California and a Master in Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
